Lichtenberger, 31, of Akron, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly possessing crack cocaine and paraphernalia containing narcotics residue inside a vehicle on August 1, 2026, at 12:20p.m. at 383 Bloomingdale Road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both were released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alabama Town Court on August 18th, 2026 at6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrew M. Perl, 18, of Stafford, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly stealing money from the cash register while working at Walmart, 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive, in Batavia, NY, on July 31, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perl was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia Town Court on August 25th, 2026 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willie L.
