Barclay, 37, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree and failure to stop at a stop sign, after a traffic stop at 6847 Byron Holley Road in Byron, NY, on August 7th, 2026 at 3:57a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation, Barcaly was found to allegedly be in possession of a quantity of cocaine. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held pending a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donald E. Ford Jr., 52, pf Pavilion, NY, is charged with criminal contempt after allegedly violating an order of protection in Pavilion on August 4, 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ford allegedly went to the residence of the protected party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held for a CAP Court arraigment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________TayTaylor T.
