The Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery that occurred at the Bergen 7-Eleven store at 8132 Buffalo Road in Bergen.<\/p>\n
Dispatchers received a call at 11:31p.m. MArch 8, 2017 reporting that a male had entered the store and when the clerk opened the register for a transaction, he reached over the counter and grabbed money from the register.<\/p>\n
No weapon was displayed and the clerk was not injured.<\/p>\n
The suspect fled out the doors on foot.<\/p>\n
The investigation is continuing and is being handled by Investigator Parker and Deputy Young.<\/p>\n

Daniel T. Henning, 36, of Buffalo St., Attica is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, inadequate exhaust, driving on the sidewalk and unlicensed operator after a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 5 in the City of Batavia on March 8, 2017.<\/p>\n
Henning was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 19, 2017 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n
