On February 10, 2019, at 1:50 P.M., Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrested Eric J. Lorback, 32, of East Lee Road, Holley, following an alleged violent domestic incident. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lorback fled from the residence on foot into a wooded area near the house. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sheriff\u2019s deputies working together with Troopers from S.P. Albion, were able to establish a perimeter while Deputy J.J. Cole and K-9 Otto searched the area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Sheriff\u2019s K-9 team was able to locate the suspect and take him into custody without incident. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lorback is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment in the 2nd degree and 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Lorback was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court before the Hon. Justice DiFante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
