Aaron L. Heale, 37, of North Lake Ave., Bergen, was arrested on February 11, 2019 by the LeRoy Police Department and charged with one count of criminal possession of\u00a0 a hypodermic instrument, an A-misdemeanor.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The charge comes after a complaint on February 5, 2019 from a local car wash that Heale was allegedly slumped over at the wheel of his car in the wash bay.\u00a0 Upon arrival of the LeRoy Police, Heale was allegedly slumped over at the wheel and awoken by the officers.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the investigation, it was alleged that Heale unlawfully possessed the hypodermic syringe inside the vehicle.\u00a0 Heale who is currently in the Genesee County jail on an alleged Parole violation and was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the LeRoy Town Court on March 14, 2019. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jeffery J. Williams, 25, of Ravine Street, Rochester, was arrested on February 10, 2019 by the LeRoy Police Department and charged with 2 counts of petit larceny and three counts of attempted petit larceny.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The charges are based on an investigation which started November 11, 2018 when it was reported that numerous vehicles in the Bacon\/Pleasant Street area were entered and items allegedly stolen.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the investigation, it was determined that Williams was visiting a person in LeRoy when he allegedly entered at least five different vehicles during the early morning hours, stealing items from two of the vehicles and ransacking three others looking for items to steal.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Williams was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the LeRoy Town Court on March 5, 2019. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
