The work will help maintain and preserve the County-owned building while addressing<br>several exterior, interior, and building-system needs.<br>The project includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Masonry and stone veneer repair, repointing and restoration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Restoration of the roof, exterior trim, portico, fascia and columns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Repairs to windows, doors and other exterior building components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Interior finish work, including plaster repair and painting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Updates to HVAC, restrooms and life-safety systems<br>Construction is underway and will be completed in phases through fall 2026 and spring 2027.<br>The Holland Land Office Museum operates from the historic facility and will continue to provide updates<br>as work progresses.
