Trevon R. Slaughter<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Trevon R. Slaughter, 20, of Affinity Lane, Rochester, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after a 6 month investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slaughter allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two separate occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slaughter was arrested on February 12, 2019 and arraigned in Genesee County Court. He was remanded to the Genesee County Jail with bail set at $25,000 cash and $50,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edwin S. Coleman<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Edwin S. Coleman, 52, of Wilson St., Rochester is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after a 6 month investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around Genesee County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coleman allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coleman was arrested on February 13, 2019 and arraigned in Genesee County Court. He was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicholas M. Korczak, 33, of Pike Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly threating violence via text message on February 6, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Korczak was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance. He will return to the Town of Batavia Court on March 12, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicholas E. Kabalan, 21, of Batavia Bethany Townline Rd., Bethany, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, unlawful possession of marijuana, speed not reasonable and prudent, drinking and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle after a property damage accident on Oak Orchard road in Elba on February 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kabalan was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Elba Town Court on March 20, 2019 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
