Patrick M. Viscuso, 54, of Vernon Ave., Batavia, is charged with burglary 2nd and criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection after being present inside a protected person’s residence on Evans street on February 18, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viscuso was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $5,000 cash or bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justin T. Gladney Sr., 29, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at Family Dollar at 577 East Main street on February 16, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gladney was released on an appearance ticket ordering him to appear in City Court on February 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melynda M. Gayhart, 31, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting investigation at 7-Eleven a t 505 East Main street on February 17, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gayhart allegedly stole beer from her employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gayhart was released on an appearance ticket ordering her to appear in City Court on February 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
