<\/p>\nA traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Warsaw led to multiple offenses against both vehicle occupants.<\/p>\n

Michael A. Young\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Victoria L. Young<\/p>\n
Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle registered to Victoria L. Young after it was observed driving with no insurance and a suspended vehicle registration.\u00a0 Upon approaching the vehicle, Victoria Young was found in the front passenger seat, and Michael A. Young was found to be operating the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Victoria Young immediately reported that she was 38 weeks pregnant and was in labor, and at that time the vehicle was then escorted directly to the hospital.<\/p>\n
After being treated at the hospital, Victoria Young was determined not to be pregnant and it was determined she had lied about this to police.<\/p>\n
Victoria Young was arrested and charged with falsely reporting an incident 3rd and she was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Warsaw Court on April 10, 2017 to answer the charge.<\/p>\n
Victoria Young was also wanted on a warrant by the Olean Police Department for the charge of petit larceny.\u00a0 Victoria Young was then arrested on the outstanding warrant and turned over to the Olean Police Department.<\/p>\n
It was also determined that there was an active \u201cstay away\u201d order of protection in place ordering Michael Young to stay away from Victoria Young.<\/p>\n
Michael Young was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd, operating a vehicle while registration suspended, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.<\/p>\n
Michael Young was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court, and he was released with a return date of April 10, 2017 for further proceedings.<\/p>\n
