Raphael, 34,  of Pratt Rd., Batavia, was arrested on two warrants for bail jumping 3rd and petit larceny from October 29, 2018, after being located on February 18, 2019 in Orleans County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raphael was turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office and arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court.
