Eaton, 41, of 669 Ellicott street, Batavia, was arrested after failing to register a change within 10 days, prior offense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eaton is a registered NYS level 2 sex offender and was on parole. He was being held at the Genesee County Jail on a parole violation at the time of his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eaton was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail without bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on March 21, 2019 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jill M. Turner, 36, of Burke Dr., Batavia, is charged with dog running at large after allegedly allowing her dog to run at large onto her neighbor&#8217;s property on Burke drive on February 17, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turner was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 5, 2019 to answer the charge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeremy R.
