Weichman, 24, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument after allegedly attempting to leave Tops Supermarket, located at 390 West Main street, with a cart full of items which he did not pay for on February 23, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Weichman was also allegedly found to be in possession of a hypodermic instrument at the time of his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is to appear in City Court on February 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phillip P. Heale, 40, of Linwood Ave., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and inadequate or no stop lamps after he was observed operating a motor vehicle at 128 Cedar street with a suspended driver’s license on February 17, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heale was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brittany L. Bolton, 18, of Cedar St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a complaint of a larceny of a gold chain from a vehicle on February 18, 2019 at 200 Oak street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bolton turned herself in at the Batavia Police Department Headquarters and was processed and released with appearance tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She will appear in City Court on February 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
