Warren, 21, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree, Assault 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree, Criminal Contempt 1<sup>st<\/sup> degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warren was charged following a domestic incident on Liberty Street, where he allegedly entered a residence in violation of an order of protection and assaulted another person. Palen, 22, no address provided, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree, Aggravated Family Offense, Criminal Contempt 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree, Menacing 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree\u00a0and Harassment 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Palen was charged following a domestic incident on Hutchins Street. Palen allegedly threw an object at the victim and threatened them while in violation of an order of protection. Logsdon, 43, of Batavia, NY was arrested and charged with Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Logsdon is alleged to have failed to register an internet identifier as he is required to do as a level 1 sex offender. He was arraigned and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/3\/2026, Elijah J. Richardson, 29, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richardson allegedly hid a 16-year-old child in his residence while the child\u2019s father and the police were looking for her. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/1\/2026, Katherine A. Sovocool, 66, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Animal Cruelty, Dog at Large and Owning an Unlicensed Dog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sovocool allegedly failed to properly care for a dog, resulting in the dog having numerous serious health problems. Warren, 21, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4<sup>th<\/sup> degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warren was charged following a domestic incident on Liberty Street. It\u2019s alleged that he damaged property and took the victim\u2019s phone when they attempted to call police. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 8\/30\/2026, Brian K. Dyer, 60, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s alleged that Dyer went to the victim\u2019s residence multiple times and repeatedly yelled at them. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 8\/27\/2026, Michael C. Rusinko, 47, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s alleged that Rusinko struck the victim and placed them in a choke hold during an altercation on Lincoln Avenue. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 8\/28\/2026, Anthony R. McCray, 32, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCray allegedly attempted to cash a fraudulent check. Snook and Christian J. Bale, no age or address provided, were both arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Snook and Bale allegedly failed to supervise a 4-year-old child resulting in the child walking out of the house and down the street. Murrell, 53, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murrell allegedly stole merchandise from Kwik Fill on Jackson Street. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 8\/25\/2026, Jessica L. Van Buren, 34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s alleged that Van Buren was involved in a verbal argument during which she prevented the victim from calling police by knocking the phone out of her hand. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 8\/16\/2026, Dennis R. Ramsey, 47, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ramsey allegedly entered the Speedway gas station where he was previously trespassed from.
