Garwo was allegedly operating with a suspended registration and possessed marijuana in the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Garwo was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on March 28, 2019 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
