Dalton J. Ellis, 29, of Le Roy, NY, is charged with failure to update photographs as a registered sex offender after being arrested on September 10th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ellis allegedly failed to update his photographs within the 3-year time frame per the NYS Sex Offender Registry, He is a Level 2 sex offender. Ellis was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan R. Yungfleisch, 42, of Corfu, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident on West Main Street Road in Batavia, NY on August 25th, 2026 at 2:46p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies says Yungfleisch was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and issued traffic tickets. Yungfleisch is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 22nd, 2026 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cameron J. Sokolowski, 34, and Zachary M. Burk, 29, both of Batavia, NY, are each charged with assault 2nd degree while confined to a correctional facility, the Genesee County Jail on September 7th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both were involved in an alleged physical altercation at the Jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both were arraigned in Batavia Town Court on September 8th, 2026, in Batavia Town Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 9th, 2026, Trisha R. Santora, 43, of Batavia, NY, was charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree after allegedly entering a residence on Overlook Drive in the town of Batavia, after previously being told she was not allowed to be there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santora was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 22nd at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gregory S. Totten, 37, of Attica, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, and no license plates, after a traffic stop at 5976 Clinton Street Road in Stafford, NY on September 8th, 2026 at 1:27a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies say Totten was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and suboxone during the traffic stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Totten was transported to the Genesee County Jail for further processing and later released on an appearance ticket. Totten is scheduled to appear in Stafford Town Court on October 6th 2026 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashley-Amber N. Jochen, 41, and Dane E. Jochen, 42, both of Albion, NY, are each charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly punching another person while leaving the Darien Lake Amphitheater at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY on August 30th, 2026, at 9:15p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Town Court on September 15th, 2026 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muhammad S. Baig, 18, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI\/first offense, and failure to stop at a stop sign at 6997 Apple Tree Avenue in Bergen, NY on August 8th, 2026 at 1:17a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
