An Irondequoit man is charged with DWI after a two vehicle accident on Thursday evening at 2761 West Main street road in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At about 7:48 p.m., Fire crews from East Pembroke responded to the two vehicle accident with one vehicle rolled over and a male occupant trapped. After an investigation, Deputies charged Jason J. Forte, 47, of Trelawne Drive with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to yield the right of way entering the roadway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forte will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 21, 2019 to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lawrence J. Isaac, 66, of Brant Reservation Rd., Irving, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd\/physical contact after an incident at an address on Bloomingdale road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on February 16, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaac allegedly shoved a female while at the Community Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court on February 28, 2019 and will return to court on March 7, 2019 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
