Coger, 21, of Albion, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd\u00a0 after he was found at a residence of a female acquaintance who has an order of protection barring him from having contact with her.<\/p>\n<p>Coger was discovered at the residence by Wyoming County Probation who were at the location checking on a probationer.<\/p>\n<p>Coger was jailed in lieu of $2,000 cash bail and will appear in court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Debra A. Gross, 52, Gainesville, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operation and inadequate plate number after a traffic stop on Covington Street on March 9, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>After an investigation and license check, Gross&#8217; driving privilege in NY was suspended.<\/p>\n<p>Gross was issued tickets and she will appear in Perry Village court on March 14, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benishio C.
