Warren, 21, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1<sup>st<\/sup> degree and Criminal Mischief 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warren allegedly violated an order of protection by shoving another person and damaging two cellphones during a domestic incident on Liberty Street. Murphy, 37, and Richard A. Miller, 40, were both arrested and charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7<sup>th<\/sup> degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2<sup>nd<\/sup>  degree and Resisting Arrest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murphy and Miller allegedly fled on foot from a traffic stop on Elm Street where they attempted to conceal narcotics. Both were issued appearance tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/8\/2026, Cynthia M Stewart, 45, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 4<sup>th<\/sup> degree, Petit Larceny and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stewart allegedly stole a purse from Taco Bell on 9\/3\/2026. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/9\/2026, John M. Queen, 44, and Mark D. Tooley, 43, were both arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queen and Tooley were charged following a traffic stop on Union Street, where they were allegedly found in possession of narcotics. They were each issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/6\/2026, Caitlyn I. Fitzpatrick, 26, of Webster, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fitzpatrick was charged following a traffic stop on Union Street. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 8\/28\/2026, Jacob T. Monell, 24, of Owego, was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monell was charged following a traffic stop on West Main Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/5\/2026, Xavier M. Green, 27, of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Green was charged following a traffic stop on West Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/2\/2026, Michael S Mault (age 32) of Oakfield, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mault was charged following a traffic stop on West Main St. He was issued several appearance tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/4\/2026, Maureen S.
