Strong, 43, homeless, is charged with making a threat of mass harm, a class B misdemeanor, harassment 2nd degree, a violation, and trespass, a violation, after allegedly threatening a security guard and blow up an address on Oak Orchard Road in the Town of Batavia on September 11th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strong was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alberto Reyes, 26, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree after allegedly punching and biting another person while at the Darien Lake Amphitheater at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY, on September 12, 2026 at 11:56p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reyes was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Darien Town Court on September 29th, 2026 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carl Engert, 28, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with three counts of harassment 2nd degree and obstruction of governmental administration 2nd degree, after an incident at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Engert was taken into custody after the incident and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. He is due to appear in Darien Town Court on September 29th, 2026 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Halley N. Maggio, 25, of Avon, NY, is charged with introducing dangerous contraband into a prison 1st degree, tampering with physical evidence and criminal mischief 4th degree\/intent to damage property, at the Genesee County Jail at 3839 West Main Street Road on September 12th, 2026 8:55p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maggio was held at the Genesee County Jail until his CAP Court appearance on September 13th, 2026 at 9:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brian P. Griffin, 41, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree after allegedly entering a residence after previously being told he was not allowed there on September 9th, 2026 at 9:06a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Griffin was arrested and released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 22nd, 2026 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haileigh M. Boyden, 21, of Fulton, NY, is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly resisting removal from the venue at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY, on September 12th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boyden fought with Live Nation Security Guards during a concert at Darien Lake on September 12, 2026 at  7:38p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boyden was transported to the Genesee County Jail for further processing where she was later released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boyden will appear in Darien Town Court on September 29th, 2026 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zachary E.
