On September 17th, 2026, Chief Michael Grover reports the arrest of Eric Motzer, 40, of Alexander, NY, a Level 3 registered sex offender, after an incident in Perry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motzer is alleged to have intentionally caused more than $3,500 worth of damage to an apartment complex located in the Village of Perry. The majority of the damage is alleged to have been caused by leaving water running inside the apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motzer is charged with Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, a Class D felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motzer was arraigned before Judge Wolcott and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail. He is scheduled to return to court on October 6, 2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
