Bowes was previously convicted of a DWI offense within the last 10 years, which resulted in the felony DWI charge. Peck, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s alleged that Peck failed to register an e-mail address as he is required to do as a Level 1 sex offender. Peck was released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/16\/2026, Louis S. Szabo, 26, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Szabo allegedly failed to appear in court after previously being issued an appearance ticket. He was arraigned in CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/13\/2026, Jared J. Yoder, 23, of Oswego, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yoder was charged following a traffic stop on Oak Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/12\/2026, Jagger J. Owens, 21, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Owens was charged following a traffic stop on West Main Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/12\/2026, Craig L. Schrutt, 73, of East Amherst, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schrutt allegedly violated an order of protection, by calling the victim multiple times. Schrutt was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/12\/2026, Tyler D. Price, 34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Price allegedly damaged another person\u2019s vehicle. She was taken to the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 9\/8\/2026, Aiyana E. Masterson, 21, of Hemlock, NY, and David M. Hawk, 41, of Batavia, NY, were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masterson and Hawk were allegedly found in possession of narcotics during a traffic stop on South Main Street.
