Lamarand<\/strong>, 38, of Hamburg, NY were also found to be in possession of approximately 1.8 grams of cocaine.\u00a0 Both men were taken into custody and transported to State Police in Buffalo where they were charged with the following:<br><br> Ernest L. Bogardus: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5<sup>th<\/sup> degree; a Class D Felony<\/li><li>Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5<sup>th<\/sup> degree; a Class B Misdemeanor<\/li><li>Vehicle and Traffic Violations<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nMurray A.
