Starling, 60, of Barville, NJ, was arrested following a traffic stop on State Route 20A in the Town of Perry on March 12, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Starling was stopped for a cell phone violation, and during the stop he was found to have been suspended in New York State since 2001 for failure to answer a summons.<\/p>\n<p>Starling was arrested, his vehicle was towed from the scene and he was arraigned in the Town of Perry Court.<\/p>\n<p>Starling is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device.<\/p>\n<p>He was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail, and is scheduled to return to the Town of Perry Court on June 14, 2017 to answer the charges<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robert S.
