Investigators say a water pump had an electrical malfunction and was the cause of the blaze that caused $125,000 in damages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The apartment house is owned by  Lynn Kirchmeyer and is a total loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One firefighter was transported to WCCH for a medical condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Four adults that lived in the two apartments are being assisted by the Red Cross.
