A Strykersville man faces numerous charges after he crashed his vehicle on S. Main Street in Perry early Thursday morning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jonathan G. Uschold, 28, was charged by Officer Greg Smith of the Perry Police Department, after he failed field sobriety testing and appeared to allegedly be under the influence of a combination of drugs and alcohol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An open container of alcohol was located in the vehicle as well as marijuana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uschold is charged with moving from a lane unsafely, open container, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd, DWI, driving a BAC of 08% or more, DWAI\/drugs, driving while ability impaired by combination of drugs and alcohol, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal mischief 4th<\/sup> for damaging two lawns and a sign post and the vehicle that he was operating which was not his. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in court and committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $500.00 cash bail and is to appear in Perry Village Court at a later date. Officer Smith was assisted by the New York State Police and Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
