Baehr, 30, of Linwood Rd., LeRoy, is charged with assault 3rd after a domestic incident that occurred on Linwood road in the Town of LeRoy on March 15, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Baehr allegedly bit another person&#8217;s face causing them to bleed.<\/p>\n<p>Baehr was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and will re-appear in court on April 20, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Richard D. McKague Jr., 26, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 4th for allegedly possessing a Kung Fu Star during a probation home check on March 14, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>McKague was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rachel A.
