Justin T. Gladney, 29, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested on three separate warrants on March 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three warrants were issued by Batavia City Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One was a bench warrant for failure to appear, one arrest warrant for failure to appear on an appearance ticket and one for falsifying business records 1st and criminal impersonation 2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gladney is facing more charges after being arrested. Two petit larceny charges and giving a false name to the police while being fingerprinted at the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was remanded to the jail on all three warrants and is being held on $15,000 cash\/bond bail on the new charges and $2,500 cash or bond on the other two warrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gladney appeared in City Court again on March 14, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
