Pembroke, NY \u2013 On March 13, 2019, at approximately 9:41 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 for a vehicle and traffic violation.\u00a0An investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, Domenico J. Mammoliti, 25, of Rochester, was found to allegedly be intoxicated.\u00a0

Mammoliti was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Syracuse where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.38%.\u00a0 He is charged with aggravated DWI; a misdemeanor, and vehicle and traffic violations.

Mammoliti was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Pembroke Court on March 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
