On March 14, 2019, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Kenneth A. Bagg, 45, of Perry, for driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol.

Troopers initiated a traffic stop for an unregistered vehicle on Silver Lake Road, town of Perry.\u00a0 Standard Field Sobriety Tests were administered and determined Bagg was allegedly impaired by both drugs and alcohol.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bagg is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol.\u00a0 He was transported to SP Warsaw and was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Department.\u00a0 Bagg was processed and released on appearance tickets.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bagg is to appear in the town of Perry Court on March 27, 2019 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
