A vehicle, which was also traveling southbound and legally passing Perez Perez\u2019s vehicle, was struck when Perez Perez suddenly turned left across the roadway.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vehicles collided, ejecting Perez Perez while his vehicle overturned, and sending the other vehicle into the ditch.  Perez Perez was flown by Mercy Flight to ECMC where he was treated for a head injury and has since been released.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other driver was transported to WCCH by Warsaw Ambulance where they were treated and released for minor injuries.  Following accident investigation, Perez Perez was issued traffic citations for unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance.
