Richard W. Stone, 39, and Marie L. Stone, 34, of Water St., Perry, are each charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a complaint being investigated by the Wyoming County Department of Child Protection Services on March 14, 2017.<\/p>\n
Both were charged due to the unsafe living conditions inside the residence.<\/p>\n
The children were removed from the residence by child protective services.<\/p>\n
Both Richard and Marie will appear in Village Court at a later date.<\/p>\n
Richard Stone is additionally charged with criminal mischief 4th after a domestic incident at the residence on March 15, 2017.<\/p>\n
Richard is accused of ripping a cell phone out of the victim’s hand, preventing her from calling police.<\/p>\n
He was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n
