Keith White, 47, of North Tonawanda, is charged with introducing dangerous contraband, a felony, into the Genesee County Jail by having a birthday card with a controlled substance contained in the card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident occurred between November 2018-February 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

White was arrested on March 21, 2019 and was arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick. He was remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White is also charged with falsifying business records 1st(16 counts) a felony, criminal solicitation 4th, conspiracy 5th, and falsifying business records 2nd(60 counts)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other charges are pending in the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White will re-appear in court on April 4, 2019 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident is being investigated by Deputy Ryan Young and other members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
