Driffill allegedly stole an amount of money exceeding $1,000 from another person at Batavia Downs.<\/p>\n
Driffill was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond.<\/p>\n
He will re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 11, 2017 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Zachary J. Walsh, 23, of Rt. 237, Byron, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more(.10%) and failure to keep right following a traffic stop at 64 Walnut street in the City of Batavia on March 18, 2017 at 2:07a.m.<\/p>\n
Walsh was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on April 5, 2017<\/p>\n
