On March 25, 2019, the LeRoy Police Department arrested 19 year old Sylvan P. Grayson of Myrtle Street, LeRoy, and charged him with one count each of burglary in the 2nd<\/sup> Degree, a class C-felony and grand larceny in the 4th<\/sup> Degree, a class E-felony.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The arrest stems from a complaint that during the evening hours of March 4, 2019, Grayson unlawfully entered a residence on Lake Street with intent to commit a crime and did steal property while the tenants were away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is alleged that Grayson committed the burglary as he unlawfully entered the residence with intent to steal property and then committed the grand larceny as he stole over $1,000 worth of property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grayson was arraigned before the LeRoy Town Court and released on his own recognizance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
