Joseph J. Kuzma, 39, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument during a home visit conducted by Genesee County Probation on March 29, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kuzma was allegedly found to be in possession of 9 hypodermic instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jacob J. Sponaugle, 20, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a search of his residence conducted by Genesee County Probation on March 30, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sponaugle was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on April 9, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
