Teal, 46, and Melvin Lloyd, 38, no address provided, were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree (Intent to Sell), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4<sup>th<\/sup> degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 10\/11\/2026, at about 11:15pm, police responded to an address on East Main Street, for the report of a suspicious vehicle. When officers approached the vehicle, they observed alleged narcotics inside. Officers then attempted to get the occupants out of the vehicle, at which time the vehicle fled. Officers initially lost sight of the car. All three suspects were located a short time later, after a citizen reported several people attempting to get into a different vehicle in a driveway on Margaret Place. All were taken into custody without further incident. A large amount of alleged narcotics and drug paraphernalia were recovered. Buchinger, 28, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree and Grand Larceny 4<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buchinger allegedly stole the debit card information of another person and used it to make purchases in an amount exceeding $3,000. Jones, 55, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s alleged that Jones intentionally damaged a gas pump at the Valero gas station on West Main Street. Townsend, 38, of Clarence, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree and Harassment 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Townsend allegedly threw a cup of coffee at another person and damaged their vehicle during an altercation on South Main Street. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 10\/18\/2026, Jesus Vazquez-Puente, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vazquez-Puente was charged following a traffic stop on Oak Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 10\/9\/2026, Eric E. Jackson, 56, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jackson was charged following an investigation into a disturbance on Bank Street. It\u2019s alleged that Jackson was intoxicated, when he drove to the location. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 10\/9\/2026, Joseph W. Difilippo, 56, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Difilippo allegedly stole merchandise from Tops. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 10\/11\/2026, Brian K. Dyer, 60, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dyer allegedly shoved another person during an altercation on North Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 10\/10\/2026, Richard F. Hull, 48, of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hull allegedly stole merchandise from Dollar General. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 10\/15\/2026, Chelsea L. Gerasimchik, 35, of Castile, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gerasimchik allegedly purchased marijuana vapes for a child on multiple occasions. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On 10\/6\/2026, Elizabeth A. Lindner, 40, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lindner was allegedly found in possession of narcotics during a pedestrian stop on School Street. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 10\/14\/26, Lindner was arrested and charged with soliciting. It\u2019s alleged that she was asking people for money in a parking lot on Main Street. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 10\/15\/26, Lindner was again arrested. This time she was charged with trespass. It\u2019s alleged that she trespassed at a business on West Main Street where she had previously been banned.
