McGill Jr., 34, of Quaker Hill Rd., Elba, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and trespass 2nd after allegedly kicking in the front door of a family member&#8217;s house on North Spruce street and entering the residence without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred on March 31, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McGill Jr. was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail on $1,500 cash or bond bail. McGill Jr. re-appeared in court on April 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paula A. Cipro, 51, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th\/credit card, and petit larceny following an investigation into the use of a stolen credit card at Northside Deli on Bank street on March 21, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cipro was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 9, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christine A Wark, 34, of School St., LeRoy, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court on April 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wark allegedly failed to appear in court on two misdemeanor traffic charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
