Wetsell was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on April 22, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valentin Brito III, 21, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with trespass after returning to College Village on Batavia Stafford Townline road, in violation of a written warning about trespassing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident occurred on March 31, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brito III was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on April 8, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrew M. Pridmore, 34, of Mechanic St., Elba, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speed not reasonable and prudent after a property damage accident on Byron road on March 30, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pridmore was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on April 15, 2019 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
