John Humphrey, 63, of Key West, Florida, was arrested after a traffic stop on Lake Street Wednesday March 27, 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Humphrey was observed making a left hand turn onto Lake Street without using his turn signal. He was then pulled over. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based upon field sobriety tests, Humphrey was charged with failure to signal a turn, DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arraigned in Perry Court and his driver\u2019s license was suspended. Humphrey was released on recognizance and is to appear in Perry Village Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
