Krystal L. Frye, 29, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th\/credit card, following an investigation into a stolen wallet on Maple street on April 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Frye was released on an appearance ticket ordering her to appear in City Court on April 9, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Walter T. Snell, 31, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failure to appear on April 5, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Snell was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will return to court on April 10, 2019 at 12:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heyward Clark Jr., 54, of Locust St., Lockport, was arrested on two Batavia City Court arrest warrants for burglary 3rd, petit larceny and criminal mischief after being identified as a passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop on April 6, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clark was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail. He will re-appear at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
