Leanne M. Tucker, 47, of Shawnee Rd., North Tonawanda, is charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly stole merchandise from a department store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive while in the presence of a child under the age of 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tucker was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 6, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dustin W. Albrecht, 24, of Jay St., Phelps, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and no restraint system for back seat passenger age 4-7 following a checkpoint stop in the Town of Pembroke on Alleghany road in Pembroke on April 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Albrecht allegedly possessed marijuana inside the vehicle he was operating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was issued a traffic ticket for having a back seat passenger between the ages 4-7 with no\/improper restraint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Albrecht was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on May 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
