Eric S. Dawson, 29, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested and charged with 4 counts of sex offender failing to register change within 10 days\/1st offense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dawson is a registered NYS level 2 sex offender and is on parole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was being held in the Genesee County Jail on a parole violation at the time of his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dawson was arraigned in City Court on April 11, 2019 and remanded to the jail on $2,500 bail. He will return to court on May 9, 2019 at 12:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frank L. Morrison, 37, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after he spit on his neighbor following a verbal argument on Bank street on April 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Morrison will appear in City Court on April 30, 2019 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kara B. Sass, 24, of Coward Rd., Byron, was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by City Court. Sass is facing a petit larceny charge from March 30, 2019 in an incident at 390 West Main street, Tops Supermarket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sass was arraigned in City Court on April 10, 2019 and released under supervision. She returned to court on April 11, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
