Kelly J. Rhim, 40, of Colvin avenue, Rochester, is charged with attempted assault 1st and assault 2nd after an investigation into a stabbing which occurred in the parking lot outside of TF Browns at 214 East Main street at 1:05a.m on April 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhim turned himself in at the Batavia Police Department upon request and was arraigned in City Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was jailed with bail set at $25,000 cash and $50,000 bond <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhim is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on May 2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
