Matthew A. Oakes, 39, and Kailyn M. Oakes, 24, both of Boston State Rd., Hamburg, NY, are each charged with 3 counts of petit larceny, 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child and 3 counts of conspiracy 6th after allegedly stealing several cartons of cigarettes from the Two Eagles Smoke Shop on Bloomingdale road in Alabama on three separate dates in April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both subjects allegedly stole the cartons of cigarettes on April 6, 12th and 15th with their small child in tow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matthew and Kailyn were arrested and issued appearance tickets and will appear in Alabama Town Court on May 8, 2019 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incidents are being investigated by Deputy David Moore with assistance from Deputy Joshua Brabon, Sgt. John Baiocco and Trooper Michael Machniak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gary A. Rynkowski, 50, of Thomas Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, open container and inadequate plate lamp following a traffic stop on West Main street in Batavia on April 20, 2019 at 2:33a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will appear in Batavia City Court on May 15, 2019 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael S. VanBuren, 52, of Wesley Dr., Akron, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent after an investigation of a motor vehicle accident on Knapp road in Pembroke on April 19, 2019 at 5:55p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Van Buren was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on May 14, 2019 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
