Capwell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 23, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jordan R. Rose, 18, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly was found in the presence of two protected parties who had a stay away order of protection on April 10, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rose was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on April 23, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heidi L. Harder, 43, of Montclair Ave., Batavia was arrested on a bench warrant following an unrelated incident on April 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Harder was located at her residence and was taken into custody without incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1500 cash or bond bail. Harder will re-appear at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
