A Perry man faces charges after a complaint of yelling on Covington Street. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tyler Jordan, 23, was dropping off a passenger on Covington Street on April 21, 2019 at 3:06a.m. when the passenger began to yell, resulting in a noise complaint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officer Smith and Officer Freeman arrived on scene to investigate and observed Jordan sitting in the driver\u2019s seat of his vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an investigation, Jordan failed field sobriety tests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of 08% or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jordan is due back in Perry Village Court at a later date. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
