Latoya D. Jackson, 33, of Vine St., Batavia, is charged with assault 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon after allegedly cutting a male with a knife on Vine street on April 20, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Batavia Police responded to the upper apartment at the residence for a physical disturbance call about 10:20 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jackson was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail. She re-appeared in City Court yesterday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
