Reiner, 24, of Washington St., Akron, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, unregistered motor vehicle and no\/inadequate muffler following the observation of alleged vehicle and traffic violations on Judge road in Oakfield on April 27, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After field sobriety tests, Reiner was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail where Deputy Richard Schildwaster, a certified drug recognition expert, administered a drug influence evaluation. Following the evaluation, it was determined Reiner was allegedly impaired by drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reiner was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets. He will appear in Oakfield Town Court on May 27, 2019 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matthew J. Norstrand, 34, of Washington St., Spencerport, NY, is charged with DWAI\/combined influence of drugs and alcohol, DWI, refusal to take breath test, operating a motor vehicle with improper plates and driving with an obstructed view after a 9-1-1 hang up investigation at 3:38a.m. on West Bergen road in LeRoy on April 28, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norstrand was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the town of LeRoy court on June 6, 2019 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matthew A. Olczak, 31, of Clarence, NY, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, DWI, failure to keep right and driving across hazard markings after a traffic stop on Main road in Pembroke on April 24, 2019 at 1:50a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Olczak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in town of Pembroke Court on May 9, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\uee04<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">{NOTE:  The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
