Wesley Thigpen, 38, of Vine St., Batavia, is charged with sexual abuse 1st following an investigation into an incident that occurred in December of 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thigpen turned himself in to police upon request and was arraigned in City Court on May 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
