Christopher T. Sprague, 25, of W. Main street, Batavia, is charged with burglary 3rd after allegedly burglarizing Bill’s Auto at 101 Evans street on December 23, 2019 at 12:45a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 3, 2019, Sprague was arrested and arraigned in City Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was released on his own recognizance as he is currently being held on other charges. He will re-appear in City Court on June 6, 2019 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the same date, December 23, 2018, Sprague is accused of attempted burglary 2nd after attempting to burglarize the Salvation Army Thrift Store at 98 Jackson street at midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprague was arraigned on this charge also and released on recognizance as he his currently being held on other charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
